An engineer by profession, he is widely regarded as a pioneer in setting up breweries and distilleries across India. He has held leadership roles with organizations such as United Breweries Ltd., Shaw Wallace & Company Ltd., and Yuksom Breweries Pvt. Ltd. His expertise lies in strategic leadership and execution of large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects.
With a deep understanding of industry dynamics and infrastructure development, Mr. Prabhu has consistently contributed to building efficient, scalable, and sustainable manufacturing ecosystems. With a deep understanding of large-scale brewing infrastructure and industry best practices, Mr. Ravindranathan brings valuable strategic insight to the Board. Dr. Keshav Lakshminarayana Patkar

Dr. Keshav Patkar is a Master Brewer with over 30 years of experience in the brewery and consumer goods industry. He has held leadership roles at SABMiller India and AB InBev APAC, specializing in quality management, brewing optimization, new product development, and global brand localization. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mysore and professional qualifications from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling, London, and currently works as a brewing consultant.
With his extensive industry expertise, Dr. Patkar brings strategic insight and technical excellence to the board, supporting the company’s vision of building a robust and scalable brewing ecosystem. His deep understanding of global brewing standards, process efficiencies, and product innovation enables the organization to strengthen quality benchmarks while exploring new growth opportunities in the evolving alcoholic beverages sector.
